Attention Landlords and Realtors:

Pursuant to IRS regulations, in order to issue payments the Bergen County Board of Social Services requires specific documentation to certify your official tax identity with the Internal Revenue Service.

Please complete form W-9 per IRS instructions. In addition, we also require a legible copy of a social security card or Business Incorporation Certificate which matches the information provided on the W-9 (name and tax identification number).

Please note that any missing or illegible paperwork may delay or prevent processing of payments. This paperwork must be received before any payment can be released from this agency.
